Por respeto al tiempo, la preparación del servicio y el espacio reservado especialmente para cada clienta, se requiere una tarjeta válida al momento de confirmar la cita. Las cancelaciones, cambios o reprogramaciones deben realizarse con un mínimo de 24 horas de anticipación. Las solicitudes realizadas fuera de ese periodo estarán sujetas a un cargo del 40% del servicio reservado. Las inasistencias sin previo aviso también podrán generar este cargo.
